I love serving these with a little sauce on top, but you can spoon on less if desired. I love making these on the stovetop in about 30 minutes. They go well with potatoes or rice and a side salad.
Timesaving Tips
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat about a minute before adding the pork chops. A hot pan helps to create a nice sear on the outside of the chops.
- When pan frying the chops, let them cook in the skillet without moving them for a few minutes to develop a golden crust on the outside.
- Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of chops. Bone-in chops can take a little longer.
- Pork chops should reach an internal temperature of 145° f.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Serving Suggestions
Serve these pork chops with a green side salad, side of rice or just about any potato side dish.
