Hello Friends! I am truly enjoying the longer days of spring. It is time to bring on the barbecues and pool parties. Have you been outdoors lately? We had a wonderful quick trip to Hawaii and spending time in the warm ocean water was so refreshing and restorative. There were so many great spring moments this week and I am so grateful for them.
Today I am sharing a fun and festive No Churn Homemade Strawberry Kiwi Ice Cream recipe. This easy ice cream recipe only has 5 ingredients which makes it a simple and fun dessert. Whipping cream and condensed milk come together with fruit in your freezer and this frozen no-bake dessert is ready in just a few of hours. That is my kind of recipe. IF you are hosting a barbecue, this makes a great BBQ dessert idea.
This easy ice cream combination is delicious!
This recipe just takes a few minutes to put together and you just need to chill then into the freezer for just a couple of hours before serving. The fresh fruit shines in the frozen ice cream.
This delightful fruity ice cream is perfect for a spring or summer dinner or BBQ.
