Hello Friends! I am truly enjoying the longer days of spring. It is time to bring on the barbecues and pool parties. Have you been outdoors lately? We had a wonderful quick trip to Hawaii and spending time in the warm ocean water was so refreshing and restorative. There were so many great spring moments this week and I am so grateful for them.
Today I am sharing a fun and festive No Churn Homemade Strawberry Kiwi Ice Cream recipe. This easy ice cream recipe only has 5 ingredients which makes it a simple and fun dessert. Whipping cream and condensed milk come together with fruit in your freezer and this frozen no-bake dessert is ready in just a few of hours. That is my kind of recipe. IF you are hosting a barbecue, this makes a great BBQ dessert idea.

This recipe just takes a few minutes to put together and you just need to chill then into the freezer for just a couple of hours before serving. The fresh fruit shines in the frozen ice cream.

No Churn Strawberry Kiwi Ice Cream

No Churn Strawberry Kiwi Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 14 oz. can condensed milk
- 2 kiwi
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and remove stems.
- Slice strawberries into 1/2′ chunks
- Peel kiwi and chop to the same size as strawberries
- Set fruit aside.
- In a mixer, beat 2 cups heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Slowly fold in the can of condensed milk into the cream.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Carefully fold in fruit into cream mixture.
- Place in a freezable container and freeze at least 3 hours.
