These easy Sunday brunch recipes are the perfect way to enjoy a Sunday morning. This is brunch season and it is even better if you can do it outdoors, Backyard brunch ideas are the best way to enjoy the season.
My best brunch recipes offer a mix of breakfast casseroles, breakfast breads, fresh fruit and veggies and sweet treats, all paired with a brunch cocktail or mocktail.
I have gathered my breakfast favorites for any brunch gathering. These brunch recipes are perfect to celebrate Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, or any Sunday Morning.

Brunch Egg Casserole Dishes
Some of my favorite egg dishes are egg bakes or a classic quiche. These are all great make ahead brunch recipes. Some of my favorites are this Spinach Feta Quiche or this Bacon Cheese Quiche or Broccoli Cheddar Quiche.
This Ham and Cheese Egg Bake is a fantastic egg casserole.
Breakfast Tacos, Breakfast Burrito and Cowboy Skillets are other family favorite brunch recipes for a crowd.
Brunch Side Dishes
The best brunch spreads have fruits and veggies. You can serve the fruits and vegetables in so many different ways. Here are a few favorites that are not difficult to make.
Brunch Vegetable Side Dishes
These Breakfast Potatoes make a wonderful side. Made with peppers and spices, these are so good.
Bacon hash browns, Chorizo Potatoes and this Hash Browns Casserole are tasty savory options for a breakfast side dish.
You can also serve cut raw veggies with a Cream Cheese dip as a brunch idea or make a colorful Cold Vegetable pizza.
Simple green salads or this Arugula with Goat Cheese salad are wonderful salads for brunch, They go especially well with egg dishes.
Great for a brunch or breakfast bar, these mini Spinach Tartlets are a lovely breakfast or brunch idea.
Brunch Fruit Dishes
You really can't have a great brunch without fresh fruit. You can gather some fresh berries in a bowl, or make an easy fruit salad or fluff salad. Additionally you can make fruit parfaits or fruit skewers.
Breakfast Breads
Breakfast breads are endless. To keep it simple, you can offer some toast or English muffins with jelly. If you want to do something a little more, try my Blueberry Muffins, Pumpkin Scones or Mini Monkey bread.

A classic brunch cocktail is always appreciated. Some of my favorites are these Mango Mimosas.
Tequila Sunrise Mimosas are also a beautiful choice with there gorgeous sunrise colors.
I also love these fruit sangrias for a Sunday brunch.
Be sure to offer some non-alcoholic mocktails or just some simple pineapple or orange juice.
Coffee Drinks
Finally, brunch would not be brunch without coffee. I like to offer coffee, hot water and tea and hot chocolate for the kids. You could add some flavored syrups like vanilla or chocolate that people can add.

A Few Tips for the Best Stress-Free Brunch
These delicious recipes will help you make Sunday brunch special and memorable.
- Set the table with plates, utensils and napkins the evening before, if possible.
- Consider using disposable plates and cutlery.
- Consider making it a potluck brunch to make it easy.
- Set up a drink station for coffee, tea and mimosas so that guests can serve themselves.
- Many of the recipes featured are able to be made ahead, allowing you more time to be present for the event. Bake pastries the day before or buy them from a local bakery.
- Keep it casual and fun so that you can enjoy the event.
