Ingredients
Tequila –This blanco, unaged Tequila has a touch of Reposado in it. Because it is aged in sherry casks, it offers a more nuanced and flavorful expression than a typical Blanco. I found mine at Target, but you can also buy it at Lobos1707.
Orange Juice
pineapple juice or champagne
grenadine syrup
Orange wedges
Equipment and Bar Tools Needed
- jigger or shot glass
- champagne flute
- knife
- cutting board

2. Add orange juice.
Add champagne.
3. Top with a splash of grenadine. Garnish with an orange wedge or orange slices.
Variations, Notes, and Substitutions
- You can substitute pineapple juice for the champagne.
- The tequila is best enjoyed chilled. Be sure that the juice is chilled as well.

Tequila Sunrise Mimosa
Ingredients
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce champagne
- 4 ounces orange juice
- 1 splash of grenadine
- orange slice for garnish
