This Saucy Pork Chop Recipe is one of my favorites pork chop recipes. The addition of preserves makes a nice tangy sauce over the tender pork chops.
I usually make pork chops at least twice a month. If I am not making these, I love to make my stovetop Dijon pork chops or my brown sugar skillet pork chops.
I call this my Saucy Pork Chop Recipe because, well, that is what it is. We are huge fans of pork chops and most of my stove-top pork chop recipes have a bit of spice and a bit of sauce.
I prefer this style over those with a crispy coating. This pork chop recipe has a nice caramelized coating with the help of a little apricot jam.
Most of my pork chops recipes are stove-top recipes, like my Bourbon Pork Chops. Pork chops with a bourbon molasses glaze. We are a busy family and making pork chops on the stove makes for an easy dinner and easy cleanup.
I love serving these with a little sauce on top, but you can spoon on less if desired. I love making these on the stovetop in about 30 minutes. They go well with potatoes or rice and a side salad.

Oh this sounds amazing, apricots and oranges with pork chops. Yes please! I have a parchment chicken recipe that involves apricot jam a tad bit of butter and onion soup mix, it is pretty tasty. I am going to try this next time I make pork chops.

What a brilliant idea, usually I pair pork chops up with apple sauce, however, my sons hate pork chops so I altogether stopped making them. I love them so I think I will make this saucy pork chop recipe up on a kid-free weekend for us adults!
Raquel
I love them with apple sauce too!

Pork chops is one of my favorite meats. We only have a couple ways to make it so I am looking forward to giving this method a go.
