Hello, friends! How is your week going? Have you noticed your weeks getting busier like me? I have had to be very careful of trying not to overbook our activities as we enter the holiday season. Time is so precious this time of year and I really try to protect it.
Today’s recipe is an easy 30 minute dinner that’s perfect for when you are having a busy week and looking for a tasty dinner to put together quickly. I love simple recipes like this one because I can use ingredients I already have on hand, make dinner in a single skillet, and the amount of clean-up is minimal. This recipe for Skillet Orange Pork Chops is also delicious.

One of the secret ingredients in this recipe is Best Foods® Real Ketchup, which is sweetened with honey. I love this ketchup because it has no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup and each bottle has 15% less sugar content than the market leader. There are no artificial ingredients or flavorings, it is Non-GMO and it only contains real, simple ingredients (just five ingredients to be exact) such as tomatoes, honey, white wine vinegar, salt and spices.
Best Foods always makes quality products and I was excited to see that this ketchup was on the shelves. Did you know that each bottle is made with nine whole tomatoes and sweetened with honey?

Tips to Cook Skillet Pork Chops:
I love making pork chops on the stove in a skillet as they get a nice seared crust that you don’t get when you bake them.
Pan frying pork chops is also a nice way to get dinner on the table in about 30 minutes.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that you want the internal temperature of the chops to reach 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) before serving.
