How was your weekend? Were you able to get out and enjoy the sunshine? This week we are gearing up for Easter and I am sharing a fun round-up of easy Easter desserts for your menu planning.
For our Easter meal next Sunday, we are going to have some traditional ham and potatoes, asparagus and tamales, I won't be making the tamales because they take so long to prepare, but I plan to pick up some from a great little Mexican deli near our home.

While the kids are too old to hunt for eggs (sniff sniff), we will be celebrating the season and enjoying our family time together.
