Easter Bunny M&M Cookies

These adorable easy Easter cookies are fun to make and one of the easiest Easter desserts ever. You know that I am all about quick and easy recipes here and these Easter Bunny M&M Cookies are made with refrigerated cookie dough to save time.
Decorated in pastel colors and cute little M&M bunnies, these are a great dessert for Easter brunch or dinner.

Like my Easter sugar cookies, my 4 ingredient Easter eggs cookies, and my carrot cake sandwich cookies, these Easter Bunny cookies are an easy way to present a fun Easter dessert easily.

Ingredients

- 16 oz package Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough – the ready to bake individual pieces
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- 72 M&Ms – Easter Pastel blend
- Easter Sprinkles
Equipment
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Cooling rack
How To Make Bunny M & M Cookies
Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies and bake as directed.

Step 2 – Let cookies cool on a wire rack. Once the cookies are completely cooled, frost them. Place one M&M candy flat in the center of the cookie, then arrange two more of the same color, sideways, and above it on either side. See photo below.

Step 3 – Add decorative sprinkles.

Serving and Storage Suggestions
Serve these cute cookies with some blue punch or pink punch. You could also use them in an Easter Charcuterie board.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Cookies may be also be stored in the freezer.

Easter Bunny M&M Cookies
Equipment
- Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 16 oz package Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough – the ready to bake individual pieces
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- 72 M&Ms – Easter Pastel blend
- Bunny Mix Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies on the sheet, 2 inches apart.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until cookies are just starting to get golden edges.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack.
- Once the cookies are completely cooled, frost them.
- Add a M&M candy to the center, then arrange two more of the same color, sideways, and above it on either side.
- Top the cookies with sprinkles.
