Easter Bunny M&M Cookies
These Easter bunny mm cookies are a festive Easter dessert for your Easter brunch, or for adding to an Easter basket for the kids. These bunny cookies are super easy to make with a cookie shortcut and are great for spring parties. Super cute for a Peter Rabbit Baby shower, too!

- 16 oz package Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough - the ready to bake individual pieces
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- 72 M&Ms - Easter Pastel blend
- Bunny Mix Sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies on the sheet, 2 inches apart.
Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until cookies are just starting to get golden edges.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack.
Once the cookies are completely cooled, frost them.
Add a M&M candy to the center, then arrange two more of the same color, sideways, and above it on either side.
Top the cookies with sprinkles.
Store cookies in an airtight container.
These cookies are cute as a baby shower dessert.
