What are tips for this recipe/List of main ingredients:

Coffee  – You want to use a strong coffee or use an espresso. The bolder the better so that it can carry the pumpkin and spices.

Pumpkin Puree – Be sure to use actual pumpkin purée and not pumpkin pie filling. You don’t want the extra ingredients that are in pumpkin pie filling.

Whipped Cream–I like to use real whipping cream, but you can use the kind in a nozzled can too.

Equipment

  1. Years ago, I think Starbucks didn’t use real pumpkin (and maybe still don’t or maybe I’m wrong but I think I’m right..) and I asked Cassidy to make me something with real pumpkin. Sure enough, he used real pumpkin puree over the stove. It was SO good. I mean, seriously.
He doesn’t remember what he did so I’m sending this to him right now.

  2. This was absolutely delicious! I’m so glad I found this recipe. Sooooo much better then the “other stuff” haha. Highly recommended!

Very yummy! I used a Fairlife vanilla protein shake and Fairlife milk for the 2 cups of milk. Then I used allulose sugar instead of real sugar. It made a great healthy treat despite being on a high protein and low carb diet.

  3. Thank you so much for this really tasty pumpkin spice latte spice recipe! Super easy to make! Highly recommended!
