  • Black Coffee – (not pictured) You can use cold coffee or cold brew coffee. A strong coffee works best
  • Heavy Cream or Cold Milk –

  • nutmeg
  • vanilla extract

  • Sweetener – Maple syrup or your favorite sweetener.
  • Milk of choice – You can change up the type of milk: almond milk, lactose free or non-dairy milk all work in this recipe.
  • pumpkin spice syrup – this pumpkin pie sauce can be used to drip over the whipped cream for added flavor.
  • You can sub cinnamon, or pumpkin spice in place of the graham cracker crumbs.

How to Make a Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Step 1 – Add coffee, shipping cream, nutmeg, vanilla, ice and simple syrup to a blender. Blend on low and then high speed.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups ice
  • 3/4 cup coffee
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • whipped topping for topping
  • 1 teaspoon crushed graham cracker for topping
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add in coffee, pumpkin puree, ice, syrup, vanilla extract, nutmeg and heavy whipping cream. Blend well until pumpkin Frappuccino has a creamy texture.
