- Milk – I prefer whole milk but you could use 2%, coconut milk or almond milk.
- Baileys Irish cream liqueur – You can find Baileys original Irish cream at most grocery stores or you favorite liquor store. Baileys is an alcoholic beverage made of Irish whiskey and heavy cream.
- semi sweet or milk chocolate chips – Use your favorite brand of real chocolate.

Step 1 – Combine milk and sugar into a sauce pan on medium high heat.

Step 2 – Add cocoa powder to sweetened milk mixture.

Ingredients
