This recipe only requires a handful of ingredients. 

White Chocolate Chips

Heavy Cream

Milk – I use whole milk for this recipe. I have not tried it with almond milk or lactose free milk.

White chocolate liqueur

Vanilla extract

How to Make Spiked Hot Chocolate

Step By Step Instructions

    1. In a crockpot, add in white chocolate chips and milk.

    1. Set crockpot to low and stir until white chocolate starts to melt.

    1. Once melting, add in heavy cream and vanilla extract.

    1. Stir and place on the lid.

    1. Allow to heat for 2 hours 30 minutes.

    1. Stir every 15-30 minutes so the chocolate won’t stick to the bottom and burn.

    1. Once cook time is over, turn off the crockpot.

    1. For the white chocolate liqueur, you can add all 9oz. into the crockpot or add 1.5oz. to each individual serving.

    • You can substitute coffee liqueur for the white chocolate liqueur

    • White Cocoa powder can be substituted for chocolate chips.

    • You can experiment with different types of alcohol with your favorite hot chocolate recipe. Try adding a chocolate liqueur or vanilla vodka.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. White Chocolate chips 1½ cups
  • 4 cups Milk
  • cups Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 9 oz. White chocolate liqueur
