Ingredients For Reindeer Cheesecake

  • Butter – softened
  • Graham Crackers
  • Powdered Sugar – also known as confectioner’s sugar
  • Heavy cream
  • Cream Cheese
  • Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate-covered pretzels – use the small ones.
  • Candy eyes
  • Red candies

How to Make Reindeer Cheesecake

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of the spring-form pan with parchment paper cut to the size of the pan.
  2. Crush 4-5 graham crackers in a plastic bag. No need for a food processor here.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, measure crumbs and add to melted butter. Mix until all crackers are coated with butter then press into the bottom of a 9-inch prepared pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
    Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl or mixer, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  6. Fold into the cream cheese mixer until all streaks disappear.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the crust and smooth on the top with a spatula.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and set in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6-8 hours.
  9. Once the cheesecake is set, remove it from the pan.
  10. Slice into 8 equal slices and decorate the top of the cheesecake.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 16 chocolate covered pretzels
  • 16 candy eyes
  • 8 m&ms

  • Add two chocolate-covered pretzels, 2 candy eyes, and 1 m&m per slice.
