How to Make Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups
These are ready in just a few easy steps.

This turkey and cheese roll up recipe is so easy. Spread out five or six tortillas and make a bunch at once. You can even get an assembly line going if you like. Lay the tortilla flat and then spread with the cream cheese.

Add veggies, lunch meat, and sliced cheese to the cream cheese layer.

Then start on one side and roll the whole thing up. If you got larger tortillas you might want to split them in half to make them easier to eat. You can wrap in plastic wrap until you are ready to cut and serve.

Cut in 1" slices. Small pieces also work especially well for lunch boxes.

Ingredients for Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups
Just a few simple ingredients are needed for this recipe. Refer to the recipe card for the measurements.
Tortilla. You will want to use soft tortillas. You can use whole grain tortillas or spinach tortillas. I use the large tortillas. You can also get a flat wrap, which are sometimes more flexible for rolling.
Cream Cheese with Nuts and Honey. This kind adds a nice touch of sweetness to the roll up.
Spinach. Your green vegetable.
Carrots. Add a nice crunch. Get the shredded ones for convenience.
Turkey. I use deli turkey. There is a smoked turkey with cracked black pepper on the outside in the deli that is also very good. Have the deli make sandwich sized turkey slices.
Cheese Slices. Pick your favorite.

This is one of my favorite lunches and I love your tips on rolling. Mine get messy! I usually have to swap spinach for kale if I'm making them for me, but my kids love spinach and baby spinach.
