Tortillas - I prefer flour tortillas.
Soft Cream cheese,or use the whipped cream cheese spread
Dry Ranch seasoning
Cheddar Cheese
Deli style ham slices - I like to use either black forest ham, honey ham or brown sugar ham from the grocery store deli.

How to Make Roll Ups
Step By Step Instructions
- Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning to a bowl, and stir until combined.
- Add the cheddar cheese and stir together.
- Lay out the tortillas, and add ¼ of the mixture to each, then gently spread it to the edges.
- Cut the ham into small pisces, and layer ¼ of it on each tortilla.
- Starting at one end, roll each tortilla into a log shape until you get the the other end.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut the ends off of each tortilla roll, then cut into 1 inch pieces. Arrange flat on a plate or tray for serving.

- I like to wrap the tortilla rolls in plastic wrap before refrigerating.
- You can easily make these a day ahead of time.
- If the tortillas are a bit stiff, check their expiration date and if ok, warm them up a little for easy rolling.
- This recipe can easily be doubled.

- You can substitute roast beef or roast turkey for the ham.
- You can substitute Gouda or Swiss Cheese for the cheddar.

Yum! We have a local pie bar that makes something called "Ham and Cheese Roll Ups" but it's more like a pie or hot pocket. I prefer the tortilla here!
