I've been doing a little baking this week because Thanksgiving is nearly here and I wanted you to have all the recipes I love. Why You Will Love This Recipe

This is an easy dessert to celebrate the fall season. Full of pumpkin flavor. It is a no-bake dessert that is so pretty to serve.

This chilled dessert recipe is like a cross between a pie and a parfait. It has a creamy pumpkin flavor this is so comforting this time of year! Because this dish has to chill for several hours, you will want to make this the day or evening before serving.

Ingredients

Pumpkin – pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling

Instant pudding - vanilla flavor.

Cream Cheese – I use regular cream cheese. It can be name -brand or generic.

Whipped Topping – cool whip or whipped heavy cream.

Nuts - I prefer pecans, but walnuts or almonds work well too. Just be sure to chop them to little bits. A food processor can be used for this step.

This looks dreamy! I think I'll try it. We're hosting! Even though it's only us.. and probably Cassidy's mom and her husband who live in a small town with zero COVID cases.

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
