This easy Pumpkin Lasagna is a perfect fall dessert! It is a fun layered pumpkin dessert that looks festive at a fall dinner party or Thanksgiving.
Sometimes I like to serve layered pumpkin desserts that are other than pumpkin pie and this one does it beautifully. it is easy to make and is creamy and so delicous!
We had a couple of warm days this week which made me feel like it wasn’t fall, but we are heading back to normal temperatures now. The fall sunsets are truly the prettiest and I am always grateful for them this time of year.
I’ve been doing a little baking this week because Thanksgiving is nearly here and I wanted you to have all the recipes I love. This dessert recipe is nice for Thanksgiving or Friendsgivings (in most years). And while this year is so different, you can still make this delicious dessert for your family.
This chilled dessert recipe is like a cross between a pie and a parfait. It has a creamy pumpkin flavor this is so comforting this time of year! Because this dish has to chill for several hours, you will want to make this the day or evening before serving.
