This Easy Pumpkin Spice Cake Recipe will be your new fall recipe favorite. A beautiful way to embrace the fall flavors!
This Pumpkin Spice cake is made with a boxed cake mix and just a few ingredients, making it super simple to make. It has a nice pumpkin flavor and the spices make it a wonderful dessert that is perfect for fall.
This pumpkin spice cake recipe is very flexible. I prefer to bake it in a sheet pan and slice it in squares for smaller servings, but it can be made into a layer cake too. I also like to give it just a dollop of cinnamon spiced frosting, rather than entirely frosting the dessert, because I like the frosting to complement the flavors of the cake without overpowering it.
Then, I top it with some chopped pecans, but you can dress it up for Halloween with candy corn too!
It is truly a wonderful dessert that I have adapted from a classic recipe.
