This recipe is so easy, it only has five ingredients so you know I love it, but this time of year, I am all about adding more strawberry recipes to the menu!

BEST STRAWBERRY MUFFINS

Strawberries grow most of the year here in California, but the harvest season starts next month. I love the bright red juicy berries and they are perfect in these muffins.

These are the best strawberry muffins when you want to make them in just a few minutes. You can even make these in the morning and have them ready for breakfast or lunch boxes. My favorite is with a cold glass of milk or a cup of hot tea depending on the temperature.

timesaving tips to streamline recipes

Fresh strawberries are best for this recipe, I do not recommend using frozen. However, you can prepare strawberries ahead of time by washing, destemming and chopping.

You can use a mini muffin tin and reduce the baking time by about 1/3. Be sure to grease the pan first and test the muffin for doneness with a toothpick.

I hope you enjoyed this quick and easy strawberry muffins recipe. For an Easy Strawberry Oatmeal Muffin recipe, add 1/2 cup of quick-cooking oats before baking.
