How to Make Strawberry Muffins with Bisquick
- Heat oven. Wash strawberries and remove stems
- Cut strawberries into pieces and set aside
- Mix dry ingredients and milk into a large bowl.
- Gently fold in strawberries into muffin batter. Pour into muffin tin.
- Bake as directed in preheated oven.
You can serve with a little melted butter . These are so light and tasty!
Easy Strawberry Muffins Recipe
- Fresh strawberries are best for this recipe, I do not recommend using frozen. However, you can prepare strawberries ahead of time by washing, destemming and chopping.
- You can sub half and half or heavy cream for the milk in this recipe.
- You can use cupcake liners for easier clean up.
- I made these in regular-size muffin cups, but you can use a mini muffin tin and reduce the baking time by about ⅓. Be sure to grease the pan first and test the muffin for doneness with a toothpick.
- Store homemade muffins in an airtight container at room temperature

Easy Strawberry Muffins Recipe
Equipment
- large mixing bowl
- muffin pan
Ingredients
- 2 cups baking mix
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup milk 2% ok
- ¾ cup fresh strawberries washed
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare muffin tin with paper baking cups or grease a muffin tin.
- Remove stems from strawberries and cut into into small bite sized pieces (4-6 pieces per strawberry). Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together baking mix, sugar, egg and milk, batter will be a bit lumpy.
- Gently fold in strawberries.
- Pour batter in baking cups.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool 4-5 minutes.
