Storing Popsicles

Once the strawberry banana yogurt popsicles are frozen, you can unmold them and save them for later so that you can use your mold for a different popsicle recipe such as our Mango Popsicles. Remove them from the mold, wrap each popsicle individually in wax paper, and then place them into plastic freezer bags. You can keep them frozen like this for several months.

Tips for Best Results

For cream-based pops, your base options are heavy cream, yogurt, almond milk, or coconut milk.

Adding a tablespoon of cornstarch to the mix will ensure they are creamy and not icy.

Taste as you go, to make sure flavors are balanced.

Pour the mixture into the molds using a cup with a spout such as a glass liquid measuring cup.
