Ingredients

  • 3 large flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cream cheese – softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 25 to 30 slices thin salami
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ red onion – thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning using a stand mixer or hand mixer. Stir in the chopped roasted red peppers until well blended.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  • On the lower half of the tortilla, layer a few slices of red onion, 8–10 slices of salami, 2 slices of provolone, and 2 romaine leaves.
  • Roll the tortilla up tightly from the bottom, securing all the fillings inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Place rolled tortillas in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm them up, making them easier to slice.
  • Once chilled, slice each roll into 5 to 6 pinwheels. Serve immediately.
