Calories: 45kcal
- 3 large flour tortillas
- 4 oz cream cheese - softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 25 to 30 slices thin salami
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- ½ red onion - thinly sliced
In a mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning using a stand mixer or hand mixer. Stir in the chopped roasted red peppers until well blended.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
On the lower half of the tortilla, layer a few slices of red onion, 8–10 slices of salami, 2 slices of provolone, and 2 romaine leaves.
Roll the tortilla up tightly from the bottom, securing all the fillings inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Place rolled tortillas in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm them up, making them easier to slice.
Once chilled, slice each roll into 5 to 6 pinwheels. Serve immediately.
