Ingredients For Peanut Butter Balls

peanut butter – use creamy peanut butter – natural peanut butter is sok too, but needs to. be stirred well first.
powdered sugar
vanilla extract
salt – sea salt works well too.
butter
oil
chocolate chips

  • Microwave Safe bowl
  • parchment paper
  • Cake Pop Mold – the silicone mold will help you make perfect one inch balls. (these work better than milk chocolate chips)

How to Make Peanut Butter Balls

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter until smooth. Add the peanut butter, and mix well.

Step 2 – Add Additional Candy Ingredients

Add the vanilla, and slowly add the powdered sugar, mixing well between. The mixture will be crumbly.

Step 3 – Form Peanut Butter Balls

Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out 1 inch balls of the peanut butter mixture.

Roll this mixture into balls.

Freeze the peanut butter balls for 1 hour.

Remove from the freezer, and add the chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a microwave safe bowl.

Dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate, and let the excess drip off. If desired, drizzle any remaining chocolate over some of the balls.
