This Nutella Ice Cream recipe came about one day when my daughter and I were changing up our no-churn ice cream recipes. While we often put Nutella on Ice Cream and love it, we decided to amplify it.

I love Nutella desserts and what better time than summer, to change up the ice cream ingredients and add the sweet hazelnut spread flavor to ice cream?

Ingredients

  • Jar of Nutella
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Vanilla Extract

How To Make Homemade Nutella Ice Cream

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add condensed milk and vanilla.
  3. Blend well and transfer to a freezer safe dish.
  4. Take a spoon or knife and gently swirl 1/2 jar of Nutella.
  5. Freeze in freezer 4-6 hours.

This ice cream is such a wonderful thing to enjoy on warm summer days!

Yes, you can add some chopped hazelnuts or coconut to the Nutella mixture prior to freezing.

How long do I store no-churn ice cream?

The best way to enjoy this dessert is to enjoy in within a day or two. However, no-churn ice cream can be stored in an airtight container (make sure it is a freezer-safe container) in the freezer for up to 2 months.

No Churn Nutella Ice Cream

Equipment

  • electric mixer or stand mixer with whisk attachment
  • loaf pan or similar
  • measuring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 jar hazelnut spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in condensed milk and vanilla until fully combined.
  • Pour ice cream mixture into freezer ready container.
  • Add hazelnut spread by swirling into ice cream. You can swirl it just a little, or thoroughly blend it as we did.
  • Cover and freeze 3-4 hours at a minimum.

Notes

Store in a freezer safe container.
