This Nutella Ice Cream came about one day when my daughter and I were changing up our no-churn ice cream recipes. While we often put Nutella on Ice Cream and love it, we decided to amplify it.
I love Nutella desserts and what better time than summer, to change up the ice cream ingredients and add the sweet hazelnut spread flavor to ice cream?
Now that it is August, I am getting my ice cream fix as much as I can in the next few weeks. Before you know it summer will be gone and it will be time for apples and pumpkins.
This is so easy to make and it is a no bake dessert, so no need to turn on an oven or stove. We are gearing up for fall and getting ready for football! We are going to be heading down to Los Angeles to see the Ram's games as season ticket holders. They have been gone for a few years and it will be fun to tailgate and go to the games again.
I have not tried making my own Nutella spread, but I have heard that it is quite easy to make with cocoa powder, hazelnuts and honey.
This ice cream is such a wonderful thing to enjoy on warm summer days!
