Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ cup 1 stick butter, cold and cubed

- Whisk together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt )
- Cut butter into flour mixture using a pastry blender or fork
- Transfer to airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 3 months
Using A Food Processor
- Add flour, baking powder and salt to food processor
- Pulse to combine
- Add butter and pulse until mixture is coarse and resembles cornmeal
- Transfer to flour mixture to an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 3 months

Baking Mix Biscuits
makes 8 (using a 2.5 inch round cutter or glass)
- 1 ½ cups homemade Bisquick
- ½ cup milk
Directions
- Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray (you can use a vegetable oil or coconut oil cooking spray)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine ingredients in a medium bowl until soft dough forms
- Knead dough until well combined
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out with a rolling pin to about ½ inch thick and cut with a round cookie cutter
- Alternatively, drop by tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet
- Bake for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown
