A delicious Crispy Zucchini Fries recipe that you can make quickly in the air fryer. These Air fryer zucchini fries with a light Parmesan cheese topping are ready in less than 20 minutes.
I am now sharing more air fryer recipes and honestly, this is one of my favorite zucchini recipes.

This makes a nice low carb appetizer or snack idea. It also is the perfect side dish for burgers, sandwiches and I love them with soups.
When looking for a healthy side dish idea, this zucchini recipe makes crispy air fryer zucchini fries and it does not take a lot of time to make.

Ingredients For Bang Bang Shrimp
Zucchini - Be sure to use fresh zucchini.
Panko bread crumbs - I like to use the ones with Italian seasoning.
Eggs - to coat the veggies.
Spices - salt, black pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, basil for flavor
How to Make Parmesan Zucchini Fries
Step-by-Step Instructions are in the recipe card below, but here is a visual of the main steps.
- Cut the ends of the zucchini off and then cut the zucchini first in half and then in fourths to make your zucchini slices.
- Mix together panko and spices in a dipping plate. In another dipping plate, beat the two eggs.
- Dip zucchini spears in the egg mixture.
- Then dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Set aside once all zucchini has been breaded.
- Place zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to repeat this step twice.
- Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees f for 7 minutes. Turn sticks over and cook another 7 minutes at the same temperature. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to repeat this step twice. Let the zucchini fries set for a minute or two on a paper towel or parchment paper.

- air fryer

- Avoid putting too many zucchini sticks in the air fryer at a time. They should be a single layer and not touching.
- Try air-frying other vegetables, such as cauliflower and broccoli florets or yellow squash.
