- Chicken thighs - skinless bone-in or with skin and bones
- Unsalted butter
- Grated parmesan
- Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Ground paprika
- Dried herbs
- Ground black pepper
How to make juicy chicken thighs
Instructions

Step 1 - Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into a large bowl. Add grated parmesan, all spices, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2- Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop and add to the marinade bowl. Mix everything thoroughly again.

Step 3 - Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Transfer to a large bowl for easy mixing, and add the marinade.
Mix everything thoroughly - it is more convenient to do it with your hands. If you have time, cover the bowl with a lid (or cling film) and refrigerate for several hours.

Step 4- Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 200C for 13 minutes on one side, then flip and cook another 6-7 minutes on the other side.
Serve the thighs hot with fresh herbs, sauce, lemon, or vegetables.

Tips for best results
- Be sure to use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken before serving. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
- You can substitute the dried herbs for any of your favorite herbs and spices, including red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and chili powder if you like spice. Italian seasoning and garlic powder are also great.
