How to Make Soy Garlic Chicken Wings
Step By Step Instructions
- Pour oil into fryer.
- Bring oil to 350 degrees F. Make sure wings are fully defrosted.
- Rinse wings and pat with paper towels until completely dry.
- Carefully place wings into the basket and lower into the cooker.
- Cook until golden or desired crispiness.
- Remove wings and place on paper towels on a wire rack drain excess oil.
- In a saucepan over low heat, mix together soy sauces, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, garlic powder, pepper and cornstarch.
- Heat the sauce on low until it comes to a boil and thicks. Turn off heat.
- Place wings in a bowl and add the sauce. Toss well. Add in diced green onion and toss well. Serve.
