Hello Friends! Have you been baking a lot lately like me? I love baking as it gives me a sense of connection to days when I was a child baking with my mother and grandmother. There is something cathartic about bringing ingredients together to make a delicious dish.
Today’s recipe is an easy one when you are looking for a tasty dessert that is full of chocolate. It is my favorite brownie recipe because I prefer brownies that are cake-like in texture and rich in chocolate flavor.
Tips for this Recipe
I use unsweetened Cocoa Powder for this recipe as the sugar allows for a nice sweet dessert. Dutch-processed cocoa powder contains an alkali to neutralize acids and can also be used.
These brownies are so versatile as there are many flavors that can elevate the chocolate flavor.
How to make Homemade Brownies
The butter is melted which makes for an easy blending of the ingredients. This recipe calls for four eggs, but that is what helps to make them so deliciously cake-like!
This brownie recipe comes together wonderfully quickly for a plateful of delicious chocolate treats!
