INGREDIENTS FOR THIS BUFFALO SAUCE RECIPE
Hot sauce - Use your favorite brand! I like Frank's hot sauce, but you can use a different brand.
Unsalted butter - Make certain it's unsalted as there is already quite a bit of salt in hot sauce.
Garlic powder - Don't confuse with garlic salt.
Paprika - for a little kick
Cayenne - Optional but a fast and easy way to add some heat.

HOW TO MAKE THIS HOT WING SAUCE
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool to room temperature.
- Add hot sauce, melted butter, and seasonings to a medium bowl.
- Whisk together until sauce is a smooth consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

NOTES & TIPS
- If you add this to the fridge and don't use it right away, it might separate a bit in the container. Just stir it again and it should be just fine to use.
- Store leftovers of this homemade recipe in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- In a pinch, soy sauce can be substituted for Worcestershire sauce.

- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
