How to Make A Christmas Charcuterie Board
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1 - Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments. Whip the cream in a bowl on medium high. Add the pretzels.
Step 2 - Add the larger fruit items.
Step 3- Add crackers, cheese and nuts.
Step 4 - Finish filling the other areas of the board. Add two marshmallows for the eys and a cranberry or raspberry for the nose.
Substitutions & Variations
- Design - instead of a reindeer you can make it a shape of a Christmas Tree shape, Candy cane or snowman.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Hazelnut
- ½ cup Grapes
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate
- 2-3 Kiwis sliced
- 1 - 2 Oranges
- 6 Breadsticks
- 1 cup Crackers
- ⅓ cup Jelly candies
- ⅓ cups Marshmallow
- ¼ Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Start by whipping the cream to stiff peaks. Divide into 2 parts. Add ½ tablespoon to one half. melted chocolate. You will get light brown cream. Add the rest of the chocolate to the second part - you will get dark brown cream. This will be the face of a deer. Use a pastry bag.
- Make eyes from marshmallows, pupils from drops of dark chocolate. Line your mouth with chocolate drops. And the nose is a jelly raspberry.
- Make horns from breadsticks. Add blueberries on top, then add green gummy candies and gummy raspberries.
- Place chopped kiwi on the side. In the corners are grapes and sliced orange.
- Top with crackers and coke flakes. On the side are hazelnuts and more crackers.
- Add almonds and marshmallo
