We have experimented with apple whiskey drinks as my husband is a fan. I have to say that this cocktail is very tasty and worth a try.

Apple cider or apple juice - I prefer the cider, but juice works too.

Instructions
- Fill your glass a little over halfway with ice.
- Combine whiskey bourbon by adding over the ice.
- Add lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Add the egg whites and float apple cider using the back of a cocktail spoon,
- Dust the egg whites with a pinch of cinnamon.

Apple Whiskey Sour

- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. apple cider or apple juice
- ½ oz egg whites
- Ice
- 1 sprinkle cinnamon
- Fresh lemon slices or lemon wedges apple slices, and cinnamon sticks for garnish
