This delicious Mango Cocktail is perfect for warm days and evenings. A delicious Mango Rum Spritzer is full of flavor and easy to make!

With summer in full swing, I am loving the chance to enjoy the longer evenings and enjoy al fresco dining. The other day, my friend Deanna made a great mango rum spritzer for summer at one of our World Cup viewing parties. We have a group of us in a pool for the different teams, so the viewing parties are fun and competitive.

How to make a Mango Spritzer

Hi Friends!

There is a big game today between the USA and Germany. Now, of course, I want the USA to win, not only because it is my country, but I also have the USA in the soccer pool. I will not be able to have one of these today while watching the game since I will be at work when it is on, but I just might be celebrating with one today after work.

What I love about this drink is it is Mango flavored. If you have been on the island a while, you know how much I love mango.

This drink is delightfully mango. It is a rum spritzer, but we wanted to give it a fun name so we dubbed it a Mango Tango.  If you like mango, you will love it.

All you need for this tasty drink is three simple ingredients and some ice.

2 oz Bacardi Mango Fusion Rum

4 oz Orange Peach Mango Juice

splash Sparkling Water

Ice

Fill each glass with ice. Add rum and mango juice. Add a splash of sparkling water. Stir a bit. You can top with a piece of fruit if you like.

This tasty beverage is fruity, without being heavy. A perfectly light fruity cocktail for a World Cup party, barbecue or any summer event. Let me know if you try one. Cheers!

I think refreshing is the word that comes to mind for me!
I never really liked mango itself, but dried mango and mango juice are a-ok, for some strange reason.
