How to make Apple Cider Ice Cream Floats

Step 1 – Add a scoop of ice cream to the cup.

Step 2 – Add apple cider.

Step 3 – Add ginger ale

Step 4 – top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

  • apple juice – in a pinch, you can use apple juice instead of cider
  • additional toppings- you can add other toppings to the whipped cream such as chopped nuts, maraschino cherries, or sprinkles on top.

These apple cider floats are a great way to welcome fall. Creamy and delicious apple cider floats are made with vanilla ice cream, ginger ale, and apple cider spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup Apple Cider
  • 3/4/ cup Ginger Ale
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Caramel sauce for topping
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • To your glass, add 3 scoops of ice cream.
  • Fill the glass halfway with apple cider and top off with ginger ale.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
