Arugula Spinach Strawberry Feta Salad

The other day I made this Arugula Spinach Strawberry Feta Salad because I needed something light and healthy. I love strawberries and gathered some of the ingredients I had in the refrigerator to make this lovely spring salad idea.
Fresh, light, and full of flavor—this spinach and arugula strawberry salad is one of those dishes that feels just as perfect for a quick weekday lunch as it does for a summer potluck. It’s vibrant, juicy, and comes together in just minutes.
Like my Mango Arugula Salad, it is a beautiful and simple salad.

What makes this salad stand out is the nice sweet balance of strawberries, the peppery bite of arugula, and the earthy base of baby spinach. Add a handful of nuts, a crumble of cheese, and a drizzle of dressing, and it instantly becomes a family favorite.

Whether you’re tossing it together on a busy weekday or prepping it ahead for entertaining, this is one of those simple salads that is easy to customize. You can use blueberries or raspberries if strawberries aren’t in season.

Main Ingredients for this recipe

Spinach – I like to use the pre-washed and prepacked spinach to save some time. Make sure it is fresh and check expiration date if you buy the prewashed version.
Arugula –
Strawberries – Look for plump red berries with no spots or fuzz.
Feta– I use the crumbled variety as it is a great addition to many recipes.
