A wonderful lasagna recipe that is made in a single skillet on a stove. The best skillet lasagna comes together in a single pot with ground beef, creamy ricotta, and melted mozzarella, tender lasagna noodles in a savory sauce. This simplified version of a classic dish is faster than traditional lasagna, making it an perfect weeknight meal.

  1. Mm! The problem is that we’re having boring chicken and asparagus over here and I really want skillet lasagna! There is nothing about that recipe that I don’t love.
Don’t tell Cassidy I’m bored by his menu choices! I should be so lucky that he’s cooking for me.
