Beef Stroganoff with Knorr

Hello Friends! Are you as excited for the upcoming holidays as I am? We are looking forward to slowing down and focusing on the season. With the cooler weather, now is the time to gather with family and friends to enjoy a nice comforting meal together.

Today’s recipe is an easy one when you are looking for a tasty dinner idea to make rather quickly. I love simple recipes like this one, because I can use ingredients I already have on hand and the amount of cleanup is minimal. I also appreciate how all the flavors come together in a skillet with the help of Knorr® Selects Beef Bouillon Powder!

If you have never made Beef Stroganoff, I must share that it is really a delicious meal idea. It is perfect for weeknight dinners and also for dinner parties. The beef flavor and noodles make for a hearty dinner.

I like to make my dinners with a twist, so today’s recipe gets a flavor kick from Knorr Beef Bouillon Powder and it also uses bowtie noodles for a festive presentation.

Beef Stroganoff Ingredients

You will need a few items from the store and likely have some on hand. Here are the items you will need:

Beef tenderloin or sirloin

Noodles (bowtie or egg noodles)

Knorr Selects Bouillon Powder (beef flavor)

Mushrooms (I used bella; portobello or cremini also work great)

Sour cream

Parsley

I highly recommend that you use Knorr Selects Beef Bouillon Powder for this recipe. They have no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, no artificial preservatives and no MSG. Also, compared to traditional bouillon, Knorr selects has 30% less ingredients and more premium ingredients.

Other ingredients that you likely have on hand are butter, onions, cornstarch and nutmeg.

This recipe is a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays around the table with family and friends. I picked up my ingredients at Super King.

I truly think that this recipe will be one of your family’s favorites in the future. I recommend cooking the noodles while you are preparing the beef so that it is all ready at once.

timesaving tips to streamline recipes

  • You can prepare the noodles ahead of time and warm them up when ready to add to the recipe
  • Pre-chop the onion and the parsley earlier in the day so it is ready when you are.

That looks amazing! I've been wanting to introduce my boys to beef stroganoff since I really do like it so much (and yet I've never made it!). Pinned.

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school.
