  • 8 oz. fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
