Ingredients For Caramel Apple Dip
This simple recipe makes a delicious dip with only a few ingredients.
cream cheese - softened at room temperature
caramel sauce, divided
Apples - Some of my favorites for this recipe are green apples, fuji apples, honey crisp, red delicious, pink lady, or granny smith apples.
English toffee baking bits, divided
Peanuts (optional - and you could use other types of nuts if you like)
chocolate chips, optional - I like semi-sweet.
Cookies such as vanilla wafers or graham crackers

- large bowl
- stand mixer or hand mixer
- spatula
- pie dish or casserole plate
How to Make Caramel Apple Dip
Instructions
- Gather ingredients and a large bowl or use a stand mixer.
- Combine cream cheese with ½ cup caramel sauce and ½ cup toffee bits with a mixer on low until blended evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth it into an even layer. (I used a pie plate.)
- Pour remaining caramel sauce over the cream cheese misture.
- Top with the remaining Heath bits.
- If desired, add the peanuts and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the top.

- ¼ cup chopped salted peanuts optional
- ¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips optional
- 3-4 Apples cored and sliced
- Vanilla cookies or graham crackers optional
