Weight Watchers vegetable soup recipe

This Weight Watchers vegetable soup recipe has zero points on the freestyle program! I created it because I needed zero point recipes that were filling and tasty! This is also a very economical soup to make.

I have not calculated the total cost, but it seriously comes out to less than a dollar per serving.

Hello Friends! Can you believe it’s February already? I feel like I am just getting settled into the new year. This year, one of my goals has been to eat healthier and lose a few pounds in the process. I often will balance my diet with Weight Watchers Recipes so that I can keep my weight under control.

Today I am sharing a Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup recipe that I made last week. It was not only tasty but filling too, which is what I find some of the recipes I have seen lack. This easy vegetable soup brings cauliflower, zucchini, and tomatoes together to make a warm meal idea.

I have calculated the point value for this recipe with my WW app and it comes out to be a ZERO Weight Watchers Points recipe.

Weight Watchers Recipes with points

Every year I like to challenge myself in new ways for better health and personal growth.
This year I have incorporated visits to the gym into my schedule on a regular basis, and have created recipes to eat better.

I have to say that it really does help me to balance my diet with low point recipes since I enjoy food so much. This is one of my new favorites!

If you have been here a while, you know that I love creating low point recipes. They have to be filling and delicious or I keep at it until they are fully developed.

Two of the tastiest zero point recipes are my  Zero Points Spicy Chili recipe and my Zero Points White Chicken Chili Recipe.  I appreciate you all trying and sharing my recipes! Please be sure to rate the recipe if you tried it our let me know on Instagram.

I am always working to develop recipes and your feedback helps me design those that you will love. Good food does not have to be difficult, nor does it have to have a lot of points. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Yum. I love zucchini in soup. Also, my mom and my sister are both proudly in Weight Watchers so I will forward this to them! They go to meetings and everything.
