For this recipe, I used red cherry tomatoes, sweet petite golden-orange tomatoes, and green cherry tomatoes. Some of the grocery stores offer a variety pack, which is perfect for this recipe.

It is SO fresh. I don't do well with tomatoes, but I still really appreciate them, if that makes sense.
I love your timesavers, although there's nothing like that fresh Balsamic...
Raquel
Fresh Balsamic is truly the best!

I will have a bunch of fresh cherry and grape tomatoes soon. A couple have ripened but I have a lot of green ones growing on the plants. I will definitely try this when I have enough ripe ones from my plants 🙂 This looks delicious and simple! They will all be red instead of multi color, but that is what I have growing.
Raquel
There is nothing like growing your own tomatoes! Very cool that you have them in your garden Dawn!
