    Mango is one of my favorite fruits as well. Combined with plain yogurt and granola you get a wonderful sweet/tart taste that I love. Can’t wait to make one.

    If there is such a thing as a mango-a-holic I am one! I adore it! I have never made a parfait like this though, Crazy! How easy and wonderful this recipe is. This would make a great snack or substitute for a sugary dessert. Just pinned and I am totally going to make this!
