Frozen Bananas - peeled and sliced.
Nutella -
cocoa powder – I use unsweetened cocoa powder.
maple syrup your favorite brand.
milk - I use lactose -free milk, but you can use non-dairy milk, coconut milk, oat milk or soy milk.
Toppings- your favorite fruits or hopped hazelnuts, Cacao nibs and dark chocolate shavings or chocolate chips are all good options.

- blender - a regular blender will work but a high-speed blender will help you achieve a more creamy texture.

How to Make Chocolate Smoothie Bowls
Step By Step Instructions
- Pour milk into blender.
- Add frozen bananas, Nutella, maple syrup and cocoa powder
- Blend for one minute (high speed blender), 2 mins (regular blender) or until you have a smooth.and creamy consistency.
- Taste and adjust the flavor profile as needed.
- Pour into bowl and add toppings and serve immediately for best consistency and flavor.

If using a regular blender and not a high speed blender, blend it a little longer and make sure to scrape down the sides to ensure no chunks of frozen
