Hello Friends! I am loving that spring has sprung! This week, we enjoyed a couple of meals al fresco and even made it down to the beach. I love visiting the beach this time of year because the summer crowds have not yet arrived, so it is a little quieter and calmer.

I could just spend hours watching the waves and the sailboats go by. I look forward to many more picnics at the beach in the coming weeks. Now on to one of my favorite tasty recipes.

This recipe is very good. I also added 1/2 can of drained whole kernel corn, 1/4 cup of diced pickled jalapenos, & 1/2 cup of sour cream. Awesome!

Have made this a few times and we absolutely love it. It is quick, easy and taste better than the box. I have started adding some honey for additional sweetness.

Really tasty; just a little sweet for my taste so I’ll use less sugar next time. But it’s not crumbly, which was my #1 concern. Will use this recipe again for sure.
