It's time to welcome fall! I'm sharing a simple Candied Popcorn Recipe that is great for any season. You can dress it up for any occasion and it is fun, festive and easy to make.
It's always fun to welcome a new season. Now that fall is here, it is time to enjoy all things pumpkin and full of fall color!
Hello Friends! Happy first week of fall! I can honestly feel some of the fall breezes coming through. If you remember, I recently started decorating for fall and began surrounding my house with pumpkins and fall signage.
Taking it a step further, I made this fall-themed popcorn dessert to celebrate the arrival. Candy popcorn is the perfect treat to enjoy while enjoying the season.
It is truly an easy recipe. All you need are popcorn, candy melts and some fall-themed sprinkles.
Just put popped corn on waxed paper and on a cookie sheet or cutting board.
Then melt the candy melts. You can choose to put a dash of pumpkin spice in the melts if you like. I chose the orange melts, but you can also do a color combination with brown or yellow as an homage to candy corn.
Add the sprinkles to the popcorn and let set.
If you haven't tried it, it is seriously delicious and addictive. The sweet and salty combination makes it a great treat for hanging out, binge-watching shows and family game night.

How to Make Candied Popcorn
You just need a few ingredients to make candied popcorn:

- candy melts
- sprinkles
The result is a tasty salty-sweet treat that is perfect for a fall snack.

- microwave
Ingredients
- 4 cups popcorn
- ½ package candy melts
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
- Pop popcorn on stove or use microwave
- Place popcorn on waxed paper in a single layer
- Melt candy melts and drizzle over popcorn
- Spred sprinkles on candy melts while wet
- Let cool before serving
