Air Fryer Kielbasa Ingredients

All you need for this recipe is your sausage and some simple seasonings.

  • Kielbasa (Polish sausage) – Purchase links, a ring, or get presliced for easier prep and no slicing
  • Olive oil 
  • Garlic powder 
  • Onion powder 
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish (optional)

Substitutions & Alterations

  • You can sub Chicken sausage or Turkey sausage for the Polish sausage.

How to Make Kielbasa in the Air Fryer

Step 1 – Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds if necessary.

Step 2 – Toss the kielbasa slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper

Step 3 – Place the sliced kielbasa in the air fryer basket in a single layer. 

Step 4 –  Air fry the kielbasa for 10-12 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Once done, remove the kielbasa from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

  • 1 lb kielbasa Polish sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Prep the Kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch thick pieces. You can also leave them whole if you prefer.
