Equipment

  • sharp knife
  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa Polish sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Prep the Kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into ½-inch thick pieces. You can also leave them whole if you prefer.
  • Season: toss the kielbasa slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to enhance the flavor.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Arrange in Air Fryer: Place the sliced kielbasa in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they're not overcrowded to allow for even cooking.
  • Cook: Air fry the kielbasa for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. The sausage should be heated through and crispy on the edges.
  • Serve: Once done, remove the kielbasa from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
