Recipe FAQs

How much should I include on the board?

he quantity of items depends on the number of people you are planning to serve. As a general guideline, plan for about 2-3 ounces of meat and cheese per person. Change up the ingredients or add additional red, white and blue foods.

Can I make the charcuterie board ahead of time?

Absolutely - You can pre-cut some ingredients and store them separately to save time. I recommend waiting to put the ingredients on the board until about 1-2 hours before serving.

I like to store the meats, cheeses, and any remaining ingredients separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
