Time Saving Tips & Tricks
- A light coating of oil (olive oil or avocado oil) helps the salmon crisp up and prevents it from sticking.
- Be sure to preheat the air fryer before baking salmon.
- Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. Cooked salmon should have an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Allow the salmon to rest for a few minutes after cooking to redistribute the juices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container, separately, in the refrigerator.
