These easy Almond Bars are perfect for an on the go breakfast or snack any day! Made easily in minutes, these tasty homemade cereal bars are ready in about 25 minutes.

I love to make these nut and cereal bars because I can better keep control of the ingredients in these. You can change them up with different types of cereal, dried fruit, and nuts. They also are great as an on the go snack.

If you love the taste of almonds, be sure to try my Almond cookie recipe too!

Almond Bars

Hello Friends! This week is flying by for me. I am getting excited that springtime is near and have been getting some flowers for my garden.

Today’s recipe is an easy one when you are looking for a tasty snack to put together quickly. I love simple recipes like this one because I can use ingredients I already have on hand. This recipe is also super cheap to make too! You will save money and have better control over things like sugar and salt by making them yourself.

Shopping List for this Recipe

Cereal circles - I love to use Multigrain cereal, but this works with other oat cereals. I also prefer to use cereal with less sugar because then I feel the bars are too sweet, but what is great is that you can experiment with your favorite type.

Square cereal - I use Life cereal, but any other square cereal works great.

Almonds - Any nuts will work, but this one uses almonds.

Raisins - You can use just about any dried fruit as long as it is in small pieces. Cranberries or dried mango works great.

You can also use specialty organic cereal or wheat-free cereal to make these bars

Everything is mixed in a bowl.

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
