Hello Friends! This week is flying by for me. I am getting excited that springtime is near and have been getting some flowers for my garden.
Today’s recipe is an easy one when you are looking for a tasty snack to put together quickly. I love simple recipes like this one because I can use ingredients I already have on hand. This recipe is also super cheap to make too! You will save money and have better control over things like sugar and salt by making them yourself.

Cereal circles - I love to use Multigrain cereal, but this works with other oat cereals. I also prefer to use cereal with less sugar because then I feel the bars are too sweet, but what is great is that you can experiment with your favorite type.
Square cereal - I use Life cereal, but any other square cereal works great.
Almonds - Any nuts will work, but this one uses almonds.
Raisins - You can use just about any dried fruit as long as it is in small pieces. Cranberries or dried mango works great.
You can also use specialty organic cereal or wheat-free cereal to make these bars
Everything is mixed in a bowl.
Then poured in a pan to set.
Cut into bars and serve or store in an airtight container.
